Description

This is the course if you have a statement of attainment for the 7 current (CPP) units of competency for Salesperson Registration and want upgrade and apply for a full licence. This course provides the additional educational requirements to apply to the Office of Fair Trading for a Real Estate Agent licence in Queensland. A Real Estate Agent licence (Qld) allows you to own and/or manage a real estate agency or to contract your services to an established agency, to operate a trust account and to sell and rent properties within an apartment complex.
