Real Estate Salesperson Registration Course

Description

This is the course for new entrants to the real estate industry. It covers the educational requirements needed to apply to the Office of Fair Trading for Real Estate Salesperson Registration. The Property Occupations Act 2014 requires all people performing the role of salesperson or property manager in Queensland to have a registration certificate. The course covers:

  • Residential sales.
  • Risk management.
  • Property management.
  • Basic trust accounting.
  • Commercial leasing, rural and commercial sales.
