Privacy and personal information protection in PRET 

When you enrol with PRET you may be assured that the personal information you provide is protected under the Privacy and Personal Info rmation Protection Act 1988. This Act imposes obligations on PRET in its collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information.

We are obliged to tell you the purpose of collecting personal information, who receives this information and where it is held. We must also provide for your ongoing rights to access this information about yourself and make corrections.
 
We are also obliged to protect your personal and private information and not disclose it without your knowledge and approval. Info rmation we ask you to provide will only be necessary for the purposes of your course enrolment, learning, assessment and study records.
