Run a Real Estate Agency?

To own and operate a Real Estate Agency you need a Real Estate agent's licence. We provide the education and qualifications you will require to achieve this competency. Simply complete the qualification and then apply to the Office of Fair Trading and you will be on your way!

Sell Real Estate?

To become a Real Estate Salesperson you need to have an Agency that is willing to employ you, obtain competency in four modules (see below) and then you can apply to the Office of Fair Trading.

Become an Auctioneer?

To become a Real Estate Auctioneer you need competency in the 5 Auctioneer modules, conduct 5 auctions under the supervision of an appropriately qualified person and be registered by the Office of Fair Trading.

Manage Rental Properties?

To become a Property Manager you need to have an Agency that is willing to employ you, obtain competency in four modules (see below) and then you can apply to the Office of Fair Trading for your Property Agents And Motor Dealers Registration Certificate.

To become a Resident Letting Agent (Onsite Manager) you need to obtain competency in 6 modules (see below) and make application to the Office of Fair Trading.
